These terms cover this website and the Atlas Vault beta, provided by Atlas X AI Pty Ltd. By using either, you agree to them.

The beta

• Access is by invitation. There is no charge during the beta.
• Features may change, and we may pause or end the beta. We will tell testers before we end it.
• Keep your own copy of anything you’d hate to lose, for example with the encrypted export.

Your vault

• You are responsible for your master password and your recovery key.
• We can’t read your vault, reset your master password or open your vault for you, including if you lose both.

Fair use

Do not use Atlas Vault to break the law, to attack the service or other people, or to store content you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

The beta is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
